Our bed Room
The making of the bedroom
Vincent painted three versions of his famous bedroom in Arles. One hangs in Amsterdam , one in Chicago and one in Paris. We chose to try and copy the Chicago version.
Together with friends and family we set out on the challenge of attempting to recreate this scene in our own home.
The items including the bed which is a vintage French bed from the late nineteenth Century period were all procured in the Netherlands.
